The Global Campaign & Emergency Humanitarian Response for South Sudanese in Sudan
As the war in Sudan intensifies, South Sudanese civilians are facing a grave humanitarian crisis. Many have lived in Sudan for decades, yet they are now being brutally targeted, displaced, and massacred. The Kanabi Massacre on January 15, 2025, where men, women, and children were slaughtered by the Sudanese Armed Forces (SAF) and allied militias, is a stark warning of the dangers ahead. Thousands more are now trapped—caught between warring factions, unable to escape, and deprived of food, water, and medical aid.
The Global Campaign & Emergency Humanitarian Response for South Sudanese in Sudan was formed in response to this urgent crisis. We are a global emergency campaign dedicated to evacuating South Sudanese civilians from conflict zones and advocating for immediate humanitarian intervention.
